List Rental

The subscription list for Annals is available for rent subject to approval of how the list will be used. Subscribers may ask to have their names withheld from such rentals by e-mailing custserv{at}acponline.org. Missing Issues Claims

Issues are retained for 1 year only. Replacement copies, if available, are replaced for subscribers free of charge if notification is received within 6 months. Claims placed after the 6-month period must be prepaid. Contact custserv{at}acponline.org to place your claim.

Photocopying

Individuals may make single photocopies of Annals pages for educational, not-for-profit uses. Annals is registered with the Copyright Clearance Center, Inc., 222 Rosewood Drive, Danvers, MA 01923 (phone, 508-750-8400; fax, 508-750-4744). Authorization to make multiple photocopies of Annals pages for internal or personal use, or for internal use or personal use of specific clients, is granted by the American College of Physicians provided that the appropriate fee is paid directly to the Copyright Clearance Center. This consent does not extend to copying for general distribution, resale, advertising and promotional purposes, or creating new collective works.
